We certify our own work
Most electrical work in a house has to be notified to Building Control by law. Some electricians pay a third party to inspect and notify it, which costs you money and adds a fortnight.
We are NAPIT registered and Part P self certifying, so we notify it ourselves. You get the certificate from us and there is nothing further for you to do. NAPIT 52265.
And yes, we will come out for one socket. A lot of firms will not get out of the van for a small job. We will. It is often the same visit as something else, and we would rather do it than tell you to ring round.
From an extra socket to a full rewire
- Consumer unit upgrades. Old fuse boxes swapped for a modern board with RCD protection
- Full rewires. Usually alongside building work, and we phase it round you
- Extra sockets and lighting. The small jobs plenty of firms will not turn out for
- Outdoor power. Garden lighting, sheds, workshops, garden offices
- Smart heating controls. Fitted and set up, not left in the box
- Fault finding. When something trips and nobody knows why
EICRs and EV chargers have their own pages.
